'The intellectual copyrights for 'Shen Dao style Feng Shui' are wholly held by Harrison Kyng and have been since their registration in 1979. Harrison Kyng does not, and has not, granted permission to any individual or organisation to use his material in any form whatsover. Be aware that if you reproduce, modify, retranslate, broadcast or gain for profit from any of that material; you are then in breach of that intellectual copyright.

We are aware that books, magazines, lectures and other works have been produced citing the 'Shen Dao Institute' as an endorsement. It is stated here and elsewhere that th 'Shen Dao Institute' was never granted any dispensation for the use of Shen Dao material in any form. The Shen Dao compass, its layout, use and intention are the intellectual property of Harrison Kyng; the reproduction of that compass or similar shall be regarded as a breach of copyright.
